002 - HelpsYouExcel Airbnb Transaction History Template

This file helps you analyze your transaction history with Airbnb. Being a host, you have a lot of other things you need to concentrate on, trying to figure out what the data is telling you may not be at the top of your priority list. This file can help you with that! You can analyze your transition history to help make future decisions based on what the data is showing you.

If you are a host you can log into your Airbnb account and download your transaction history, then you paste that data into this file. Once you refresh the file the info would auto populate the 3 Analysis sheets in this tool.

I believe this file will save you a bunch of time and will make you will look like a star. You have nothing to lose, try it out and let me know what you think.
